Warranty Policy
Unless otherwise indicated, all defective merchandise may be returned for a replacement within 180 days from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover physically damaged (Human factors) merchandise.
Missing Quantity: Please confirm that everything inside the package is within 7 days after the package is received; any missing quantity report beyond this period will not be responsible.If you can't find your item, please email customer service immediately. Include a description of the missing quantities and pictures of the whole parcel.We'll forward them to our warehouse to check the monitor and packing picture records.

Refund Policy
Refunds are generally accepted within 30 days from the date of the parcel delivery. When the refund request is approved, it will be returned to the original payment account within 7-10 business days.

Return Policy
By returning products to Aovii Company, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from Aovii Company and there has been no substitution in whole or part of the same product from another supplier, distributor, or other sources. The return should be in the original packaging and unused (except defective). 
Wrong parts ordered: The customer ordered faulty parts; technically, we hold no responsibility for returning items that were incorrectly ordered, but that being said, that does not mean we do not want to help our customers in the event this happens. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees, and 30% (for refund requests) or 20% (for exchange requests) restocking fees will be charged after we have received and tested the product. 
Note: Incorrect item orders not notified us within 7 days of receipt will be denied.
Wrong parts received: The customer received incorrect, faulty details; if you have received an incorrect item, please take three clear photos of the incorrect item with the SKU showing and open a Return Merchandise Authorization on our website. We will verify the error and fix it as quickly as possible. Return Merchandise Authorization processing time is within 7 business days.

Returning Details
- Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, or at least a safe enough packing method, to avoid any damage during delivery.
- We will bear the freight for sending replaced goods, and the buyer will take the freight for return.
- Please send all the return packages by Postal Service in your country to be safer at Chinese Customs; meanwhile, please kindly inform the customer manager of the tracking number to trace the package. For safer delivery, please get in touch with your customer manager for suggestions for declaring value and describing returned products.
- If DHL/UPS/TNT returns any package, please inform your customer manager to check and confirm the Customs invoice on the product list. We will not be responsible for the Customs problem here or any fee caused.

Policy Changes
These policies are subject to change at any time and without notice.

NOTICE
The following terms apply to all refunds and exchanges.
- All item(s) being returned must be in original condition with packaging, unused, and undamaged. Otherwise, the Return Merchandise Authorization will be denied.
- All item(s) being returned with non-Aovii Company will be denied.
- All item(s) have a warranty period of 180 days from the original purchase date. The Return Merchandise Authorization will be denied if the product is over the 180-day warranty period.
